Tom Karr has extensive experience in legal and organizational leadership, currently serving as Co-Director at Community Club since June 2009 and as Assistant General Counsel at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission since 1998. Tom Karr earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law between 1986 and 1989 and holds an AB in Government from Harvard University, completed from 1980 to 1984.
