Tom Keltner

Tom Keltner is a Senior Enforcement Attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a position held since 2015. They previously served as the Assistant General Counsel at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. from 2011 to 2014, and have a wealth of experience that includes roles as Trial Attorney and Enforcement Counsel at the SEC from 2004 to 2011, and Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel at TPG Capital from 2005 to 2007. Tom also worked as a Corporate Associate at Thompson & Knight LLP and Baker Botts LLP earlier in their career. Tom earned a JD/MBA from Baylor University School of Law in 2008.
