Previously, Tracy was a Barrister at the Federal Bar Council Inn of Court from 2009 to 2016 and practiced as an Attorney at Hafetz and Necheles from June 2005 to October 2010, specializing as a Senior Associate in white collar criminal defense. Early career includes serving as Legislative Counsel for People For the American Way from 1992 to 1994. Tracy Sivitz holds a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School (1988) and advanced degrees including an M.Phil in History and Religious Studies from Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (2005), an M.A. in East Asian Studies from Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (2005), and an A.B. Summa Cum Laude in Social Studies from Harvard University (1983).
