Vanessa Anderson

Vanessa Anderson has extensive experience in the field of information management within regulatory environments, currently serving as Assistant Director in the Division Information Office at the US Securities and Exchange Commission since October 2012. Prior to this role, Vanessa held the position of Chief of the EDGAR Program Management Branch at the Securities and Exchange Commission from April 2001 to October 2012. Vanessa's career began at the Military Sealift Command, where Vanessa worked as a Senior Project Manager for Shoreside Systems from December 1991 to April 2001. Vanessa holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Morgan State University.
