William Finkel is currently a Senior Counsel in the Complex Financial Instruments Unit of the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a position held since 2014. Prior to this, William served as a Senior Attorney in the same division from 2004 to 2014. William is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Queens College and is also working towards a Doctor of Law (JD) at Fordham University School of Law.
