Zeena Rahman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in investment management and regulatory roles. Currently serving as Branch Chief in the Investment Company Rulemaking Office at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since July 2015, Zeena also holds the position of President of the Board of Directors at the Enabling Peace in Iraq Center (EPIC) since April 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel in the Investment Company Rulemaking Branch of the SEC and as an associate in the financial services group at Dechert LLP from October 2010 to July 2015. Zeena began a legal career with an externship at the Arlington Immigration Court and a summer internship with the Army JAG at Fort Carson. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Psychology, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
