Daniel Faigus, CAIA, CRCP, is currently an Adjunct Professor at both Georgetown University Law Center and Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where they teach courses on Securities Regulation and Private Investment Funds. They previously worked as a Senior Specialized Examiner in the Private Funds Unit at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and have extensive experience in compliance and regulatory practices from roles at PwC, Deloitte Consulting, and the SEC. Daniel also serves as the Principal Investigator at TGB Associates, conducting investigations related to theft and fraud. They earned their legal education at Georgetown University Law Center from 2016 to 2017.
