Melissa Reidnauer

Melissa Reidnauer, PHR, currently serves as Manager of Human Resources at Secant Group, LLC, since August 2013, where responsibilities include managing HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, focusing on areas such as organizational development, coaching, employee communications, and compensation. Previous roles include Sr HR Generalist and HR Generalist, providing comprehensive human resources support in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Prior to Secant Group, Melissa worked at Datalogic S.P.A. and Accu-Sort Systems in various HR capacities, contributing to talent acquisition, compensation management, and employee integration processes. Melissa holds a BA in Human Resources Management from DeSales University.
