Heidi Kolehmainen

Heidi Kolehmainen has extensive experience in Human Resources and Leadership. Heidi is currently the Head of People & Culture at Secapp, where they oversee HRM & HRD, Recruitment & Talent Management, HR Communication, and Worklife Development. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Barona Engineering, specializing in recruiting, headhunting, HR consulting, assessments, and leadership. Heidi also served as an HR Director at Leijona Catering Oy, where they managed Human Resources, Communication & Marketing, Occupational Safety & Health, and implemented strategic and operational HRM & HRD initiatives. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Hydroline and the HR Manager at Jyväskylän Energia -yhtiöt. Heidi started their career as a Personnel Consultant at Manpower Finland and Adecco Finland Oy, where they progressed to roles such as Senior HR Consultant and HR Consultant. Heidi Kolehmainen's work experience demonstrates their passion for HR, leadership, talent management, and work life development.

Heidi Kolehmainen began their education at Kuopion Yliopisto in 1999, where they pursued a degree in Sociology and completed their studies in 2004. From 2000 to 2003, they attended Savonia University of Applied Sciences, focusing on Management with a specialization in Tourism and Business. In 2015, they enrolled at JAMK University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained an MBA/tradenomi YAMK degree in Business Management/Liiketoiminta-osaaminen ja yrittäjyys in 2017.
