Meave Sullivan

Meave Sullivan has a diverse work experience in data analytics and engineering roles. Meave started their career as a Performance Analyst at NHS Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG, where they renovated dashboards and collated large volumes of NHS data for presentation. Meave then joined Tesco as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing and reporting shrinkage in stores and distribution centers. Meave used Excel, Microstrategy, and Tableau to build impactful reports and performed data extraction and manipulation with SQL.

After that, Meave worked as a Business Intelligence Engineer at Monese, where they analyzed and reported various metrics across the business. Meave built new reporting tools and maintained existing reports on Tableau, optimized ETL workflows, and automated SQL script flows. Meave also worked in an agile environment, handling time-pressured requests while sustaining long-term reporting and development.

Most recently, Meave was a Data Consultant (Analytics/Engineering) at Dufrain. Meave developed Tableau dashboards for leadership stakeholders, reducing workload and friction in report production and distribution. Meave also worked on projects related to threat mitigation, human trafficking, and cryptocurrency criminal activity.

Meave Sullivan completed their education at the University of York from 2021 to 2024, where they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science. Before that, from 2011 to 2015, they attended the University of Liverpool and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. In addition to their academic qualifications, Meave has also earned certification in Emergency First Aid at Work from St John Ambulance in April 2016 and the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification from the Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK in April 2008.
