Waldek Mikolajczyk is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity and software engineering. Currently serving as the VP of Cybersecurity Solutions Architecture at Seceon Inc. since August 2023, Waldek's previous role as Owner of Helixera involved developing a high-performance parallel pattern search engine utilizing CUDA C/C++ on Nvidia GPUs, achieving impressive data scanning performance. A former Senior Engineering Director at Juniper Networks, Waldek led a team of over 150 employees on major projects, while earlier positions included General Manager at BTI Systems, Director of Software at Rivulet Communications, and Software Architect at Nortel Networks.
