Thomas Le Guillou is an experienced software engineer and manager with a strong background in embedded systems and real-time control software, particularly in the railway and medical sectors. Currently serving as the Real-Time Control Software Team Manager at Sécheron SA, Thomas has led the development of railway AC/DC converter firmware, introduced modern software practices, and built a cohesive team from the ground up. Previous roles include software development positions at Debiotech, where Thomas contributed to medical device software, and Kollmorgen, focused on high-quality motion controller software. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Embedded Electronic and Computer Science from Grenoble INP - UGA, as well as experience as an exchange student at Polytechnique Montréal.
