Lucia Trolli has extensive work experience in the financial sector. Lucia started their career as a Junior Credit Manager at Gruppo DAC in 2008. Lucia later worked as a Credit Manager at Co.pa.ri Soc. Coop. from 2011 to 2012. In 2017, Lucia joined ITALFINANCE GROUP as a Temporary Credit Risk Manager/Financial Analyst. Lucia also worked as the Credit Manager at Europa Factor S.p.A. in 2018. Lucia then joined Otis Elevator Co. as a Regional Credit Manager in 2019. Currently, Lucia holds several roles at SECI Energia, where they started as the Head of Global Credit Risk and Treasury Management in 2019. Lucia has also worked as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and is currently serving as the Principal Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, Lucia has served as a Consigliere di amministrazione at SEBIGAS from June 2021 to February 2022.

Lucia Trolli has a diverse education history. Lucia obtained an Executive Master's degree in Finance with a specialization in Banking Transformation from SDA Bocconi in 2022. Prior to this, they earned a Laurea Specialistica in Scienze dell'Economia e della Gestione Aziendale (Specialist Degree in Economics and Business Management) from Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio' di Chieti from 2016 to 2018. Lucia also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in International Credit Management from London Metropolitan University (2013-2015). Additionally, Lucia achieved a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Administration from the London School of Business and Finance LSBF in 2015.
