Sandra Bille

Sandra Bille has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as Head of People & Culture at secjur since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at JYSK, where they held the positions of Global Head of Recruitment & Employer Branding from April 2020 to May 2021 and Global Head of Employer Branding from September 2019 to April 2020. Before joining JYSK, Sandra worked at Dänisches Bettenlager GmbH & Co. KG for many years, where they served as Head of Talent Management from April 2015 to May 2021. In addition, they held various roles within the company, including HR Development Specialist from June 2014 to March 2015, Controlling/Accounting from May 2012 to June 2014, Deputy Team Leader from April 2011 to April 2012, Administrator from June 2005 to April 2011, and completed an apprenticeship as an office administrator from August 2003 to June 2005.

Sandra Bille attended IHK Flensburg from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in State Certified Accountant. Following this, they pursued Initial Training Instructor at the same institution. In 2014 to 2015, Sandra attended Deutsche Akademie für Management and earned a Certified Human Resources Manager certification. Sandra also holds additional certifications, including Analyst from Hogan Assessment Systems, Certified Human Resources Manager from Deutsche Akademie für Management, PI Analyst from The Predictive Index, Prince2 Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, TI/DISC Analyst from Thomas International, and Trainerausbildung - gemäß ISO 17024 from Akademie für Trainer.
