Zakaria Alshaib

Zakaria Alshaib has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Zakaria began their career in 2014 as an Information Technology Manager at Hammad & Al-Mehdar Law Firm, where they were responsible for managing the network, overseeing the construction of networks for new branches, and developing network troubleshooting strategies. Zakaria worked closely with other department managers to assess network needs and maintenance.

In 2012, Zakaria worked as a Support Engineer at Solutions-Time Est. Zakaria was involved in installing and configuring client computer systems, responding to IT support requests, and diagnosing software, networking, and hardware issues.

From 2020 to 2022, Zakaria served as a Support Engineer at Smart Technology Solutions. During this time, they were involved in planning and implementing system and infrastructure upgrades for clients, as well as managing Office 365 migration projects and configuring backup solutions.

Later in 2022, Zakaria joined Seclore as an Application Support Engineer, where they provided support for various applications.

Currently, Zakaria is working as a Resident Application Support Engineer at stc, where they continue to provide application support.

Zakaria obtained these certifications from recognized institutions such as Microsoft and CompTIA, with different completion dates ranging from 2020 to 2022.
