Mikael Ernstson

Mikael Ernstson has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mikael started their career in 1984 at Ericsson, where they held various roles such as HW designer, SW designer, System designer, and Subsystem responsible until 2006. From April 2006 to March 2008, they worked as a Configuration Manager at Ericsson. Mikael then transitioned to project management roles, starting as a Project Manager (PM2) for a maintenance project from April 2008 to August 2008. Mikael then took on the role of Project Manager from July 2014 to November 2014, overseeing a project involving software adaptations for a new hardware type in telecom equipment, with responsibilities in planning, budgeting, and introduction of lean practices. Lastly, from December 2014 to 2016, they held the role of HW coordinator at Ericsson, responsible for ordering and optimizing hardware for test purposes in ongoing design development projects. In 2016, Mikael joined SecMaker AB as a Project Manager, where they currently work.

Mikael Ernstson attended Älvkullegymnasiet from 1979 to 1983, where they completed a 4-year technical program. Mikael also attended Älvkullegymnasiet Karlstad during the same period and obtained a gymnasieingenjör degree in el och tele (electricity and telecommunications). In terms of additional certifications, Mikael Ernstson obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2016. Mikael also obtained a Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance, although the specific month and year are not provided.
