Previously, Josh has worked as a System Engineer and Program Manager at Textron Systems, where they managed a diverse project portfolio and coordinated complex engineering tasks. Their experience includes roles at Naval Air Systems Command and as an Undergraduate Laboratory Assistant at the University of Virginia, showcasing their ability to lead technical projects and adapt to changing business needs.
