Gretchen Sonstrom has a background in IT support, starting from their helpdesk role at PRC from 1994 to 1998. Gretchen then worked as an IT Account Representative at Pyramind Services from 1998 to 2001. Following that, Gretchen took on a role as IT at the Town of Southampton in 2001-2002. Gretchen then transitioned to a Team Lead Sr. Training/Implementation Support Analyst in IT Client Support at Women's Health USA from December 2002 to July 2017, where Gretchen spent 14.5 years at the helpdesk. Currently, Gretchen is working as an IT Support Specialist at SECO Energy since February 2018. Their education includes a BS in Biology from Eastern Connecticut State University.
