Evelyn Dorssers-Bergs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Head of HR Operational Excellence at Seco Tools since May 2016, Evelyn's main mission involves participating in a global EF HULT leadership transformation program focused on transforming people strategy and work methods. Prior to this role, Evelyn spent nearly two decades at Xerox, where responsibilities included managing Pan European Order Management processes and leading various strategic projects as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Educational qualifications include a range of certifications in coaching, leadership, and Lean Six Sigma, alongside a bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics. Evelyn has received prestigious recognition as the SECO Manager of the Year and has consistently led transformation projects throughout their career.
