Currently serving as Finance Lead - Business Transformation at Seco Tools since June 2022, Rajesh simultaneously holds the position of Director Finance Controlling at SANDVIK SRP AB since April 2020. Prior roles include Transfer Pricing Controller and Senior Manager in Corporate Tax at Sandvik AB, where responsibilities encompassed transfer pricing documentation, tax audits, and business interface for tax optimization. Rajesh's career also features positions at Adani Group, Niko Resources Ltd, and Gujarat State Petronet Limited, with early experience as an Audit Assistant at Dalal & Shah (Member firm PWC India). Rajesh holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance and Tax from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University.
