Roland Pedersen

Roland Pedersen is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and digital growth management. Currently serving as the Manager of Digital Growth & Engagement for Europe at Seco Tools since May 2001, Roland focuses on developing digital growth strategies and assisting customers in transitioning to e-commerce models. Previously, Roland held roles as a Mechanical Engineer, Product Manager of Custom Tooling, and STEP Master, demonstrating expertise in technical sales and customer care. Prior experience includes working as a Programmer and PTA technician at I.Bergmann A/S from January 1993 to December 2000. Roland holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Copenhagen University College of Engineering, with a focus on operation technique, TQM, and Lean principles.
