Alexandra Francis

Alexandra Francis serves as the Global Director of Inside Sales at Secomea A/S since February 2022, overseeing inside sales teams across North America and EMEA. Prior to this, Alexandra held the position of Director of Outbound Sales Development at Planday, leading teams across various European markets, and also functioned as the Global Inside Sales Manager, focusing on recruitment, training, and sales strategy refinement. Alexandra's career includes roles at eloomi as Head of Outbound Sales and Head of Sales Development, where significant team growth and strategy implementation were achieved. Previous experience includes positions at Falcon.io, Famly, and ExpreS2ion Biotechnologies. Alexandra obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from Copenhagen Business School and holds Bachelor's degrees in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Copenhagen.
