Scott Taylor

Scott Taylor is an experienced program manager currently working at Second Chance since January 2020, focusing on re-entry programs. Prior to this role, Scott served as a teacher at San Diego High School from October 2016 to January 2020 and at MAAC Community Charter School from June 2009 to June 2016, specializing in social science instruction. Scott also has a background as the owner of South Bay Surf & Skate from April 1988 to April 2002. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from San Diego State University and a Master of Education in Cross Cultural Education from National University.
