Jay Sukow is an experienced learning facilitator, improv teacher, and creative director with a diverse background in improvisation and education. Currently serving as a Learning Facilitator at Fairplay Communications, Jay focuses on helping individuals and teams adapt to change through innovative learning methods. As the Owner and Creative Director of Today Improv, Jay has designed corporate training sessions and developed curriculums tailored to students' needs. Additionally, Jay operates as a facilitator for Second City Works, an emcee for Windy City Fieldhouse, and has taught at various renowned improv theaters globally. With a strong foundation in communications and economics from Illinois State University, Jay brings extensive knowledge and proficiency in leadership, event management, and the creative arts.
