Rachel Miller

Rachel Miller is a seasoned creative consultant and facilitator with extensive experience in designing and conducting workshops focused on communication skills, leadership development, and improvisation. Operating Rachel Miller Hicks LLC since January 2019, Rachel specializes in training that promotes collaboration, creativity, and storytelling. Current roles include learning facilitator at Affinity Space and leadership consultant at Ariel Group, where programs emphasize presence and critical thinking. Rachel also engages with Second City Works as a workshop designer and facilitator, alongside numerous positions since 2006 with The Second City and previous experience at Boom Chicago. Additionally, Rachel co-owns Miller Hicks Emporium, creating handmade goods. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Music Performance and a Master's in Arts Administration from Indiana University Bloomington, complemented by training at Second City Conservatory and iO Theater.
