Tyler Dean Kempf has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of comedy, training, education, and content creation. Tyler Dean has held various roles throughout their career, including Creative Director at Second City Works, where they implemented innovative training programs and oversaw the design of branded content. Tyler Dean also worked as a Core Learning Specialist, Design Facilitator, and Writer at Second City Works, where they created improv-based training programs and delivered customized learning experiences for clients. Prior to that, they served as an Adjunct Faculty at Columbia College Chicago, teaching courses in television production and comedy writing. Tyler Dean also has experience as the Owner/Operator of Lucy Cooper Productions, where they developed and launched projects to support emerging comedic talent. Additionally, they worked as a Faculty Member in Comedy Writing & Improv at The Second City, teaching and mentoring aspiring comedians. Tyler Dean Kempf has a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Nevada, Reno, which they obtained between 1998 and 2004. Tyler Dean then pursued further education at The Second City Training Center from 2004 to 2006, where they focused on Directing, Comedy Writing, and Improv Conservatory. Continuing their academic journey, Tyler completed a Master's Degree in Creative Writing, specializing in Writing for Stage & Screen, at Lesley University from 2015 to 2017.
