Erin D.

Erin D. currently serves as the Senior Fellowship Manager at Second Day, overseeing the operations of a Fellowship program and developing training workshops for fellows. Prior to this, Erin held the position of Program Manager at Govern For America, implementing an equity-focused curriculum for underrepresented fellows in state government. Earlier experience includes work as a Career Outreach Specialist at the University of Maryland, focusing on professional development in criminology, and positions at AmeriCorps and Penn State University, where skills in program management, outreach, and research were honed. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminology from Penn State University and completed a Yoga Teacher Training program in 2023.
