Michal Šťovíček

Michal Šťovíček has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps and system administration. Michal is currently working as a DevOps Team Lead at Second Foundation, focusing on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and deployment pipelines. Prior to this, they worked as a DevOps Engineer at Rapid Addition Limited, where they contributed to the development of cloud services using Terraform and Ansible, and also played a role in migration and setting up CI/CD pipelines. Michal has also worked as a Cloud Automation Engineer at Gemalto and a System Administrator at Seznam.cz, a.s. In addition, they have experience as a Network Administrator at ZŠ Rudná.

Michal Šťovíček completed their Bachelor's degree in Informatics at Smíchovská střední průmyslová škola from 2003 to 2007. Michal then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree (Inženýr - Ing.) in Informatics from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they have received multiple certifications from institutions such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and Red Hat in various areas including Azure Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineering, and Database Administration.
