Ulrich Baginski

Ulrich Baginski is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the energy and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Project Director for BESS Execution at Second Foundation since May 2025, Baginski focuses on reshaping electricity markets to enhance stability and reliability. Prior roles include Project Business Expert at TESVOLT GmbH, Head of Project Management at Mounting Systems GmbH and Younicos, and various leadership positions at Atotech Group, Uhde Inventa-Fischer GmbH, UHDE GmbH, SMS MEVAC GmbH, and Krupp Polysius GmbH. Baginski holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ruhr University Bochum, conferred in 1989.
