Nia Young-Teele

NIA Young-Teele currently serves as the Coordinator of Volunteers at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, where responsibilities include evaluating volunteers, planning and organizing events, and managing logistical arrangements. Previously, at Orlando Federal Credit Union, NIA held the position of Call Center Supervisor for nearly 18 years, overseeing staffing adjustments, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring effective communication with team members regarding updates and procedures. NIA demonstrated a strong ability to build relationships with customers and manage operational workflows to enhance service delivery.
