Crystal Redd

Crystal Redd is an experienced professional in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Regional Partnership Manager at Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC since July 2019. In this role, Crystal manages and coordinates outreach and compliance efforts with partner agencies while assisting with the onboarding of the Link2Feed data collection system. Previously, Crystal held the position of Compliance Coordinator at Second Harvest Food Bank of North West North Carolina, and worked as a Beauty Specialist for Parfums Christian Dior. Crystal's career also includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at Second Harvest Food Bank and teaching special education at the Wake County Public School System, where instruction focused on core subjects for students with varying learning disabilities. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology from North Carolina State University and has completed graduate studies in Sociology and Special Education at North Carolina Central University.
