Erica Padilla-Chavez

Erica Padilla-Chavez, MPA has a diverse range of work experience. Erica currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Second Harvest Food Bank Santa Cruz County. Erica has also held leadership roles as a Board Member at Dignity Health Dominican Hospital, a Board of Trustee at Hartnell College, and the CEO of Pajaro Valley Prevention and Student Assistance. Additionally, Erica has served as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation for Monterey County and as a Board Member for Radio Bilingue. Prior to these positions, they worked as a Behavioral Health/ Policy Analyst for Monterey County.

Erica Padilla-Chavez earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley from 1994 to 1998. Erica went on to obtain a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Golden Gate University, specializing in Public Administration. Additionally, they have a certification from the California/Hawaii Public Health Leadership Institute Graduate.
