Deborah Degreeff

Deborah DeGreeff, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resource professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently, as the Human Resource Manager for Second Harvest Heartland since December 2011, Deborah oversees various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training, while implementing initiatives to enhance employee morale and retention. Prior to this role, Deborah served as a Human Resources Professional at Lake Area Bank, managing HR for multiple locations, and held positions at Lubrication Technologies, Inc., Quality Park Products, and Smarte Carte, where Deborah developed expertise in managing HR functions across diverse industries.
