Sarah Moberg has worked in the food industry for more than two decades. Sarah started their career in 1996 at General Mills, where they held various leadership roles in research and development, nutrition, quality, operations, and logistics. Sarah also gained global experience by living in Singapore and overseeing technical centers in Mumbai and Shanghai. In 2021, Sarah joined Second Harvest Heartland as the Chief Operations Officer.
Sarah Moberg holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Sarah also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of California, Davis.
