Sarah Waite has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Sarah currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Second Harvest Heartland, where they lead HR, DEI, Office Management, and Volunteer teams. Prior to that, they held leadership roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, ABRA Auto Body & Glass, G&K Services, Medtronic, Target Corporation, Warnaco, and STAR Residential Services. Sarah Waite has a diverse education history. Sarah obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University, which they attended from 1988 to 1992. Afterward, they pursued a Masters of Science degree in Sociology at Southern Connecticut State University from 1994 to 1996.
