Rachel Monaco, MSW, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy, advocacy, and fundraising within the nonprofit sector. Since April 2019, Rachel has served as Senior Manager of Policy & Advocacy at Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, managing a significant portfolio of over 70 nonprofit partners to ensure compliance and resource availability for food assistance programs. Prior experience includes roles at Peninsula Family Service, where Rachel doubled annual giving and successfully transitioned donor databases, and involvement with the National Association of Social Workers, California Chapter, as a Member At Large.
