Chris Hackett

Chris Hackett has a long and varied work experience. Chris began their career in 2011 at Royal Mail, where they held various roles, including Warehouse Manager, Network Planning and Compliance Manager, and Continuous Improvement Project Manager. In 2014, they moved to Amazon UK as a Shift Manager, before joining Pact Coffee in 2015 as Operations Director, then Commercial Director, and finally COO. In 2018, they worked as a Business Consultant for Unilever Food Solutions. In 2019, they became Director of Ecommerce at Jungle Creations. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Second Nature as VP of Growth and Director of Operations. As part of the senior leadership team, they have overall responsibility for their global operations, currently a team of 70, and is responsible for setting the team up to ensure they can rapidly scale as a business whilst improving efficiencies that deliver improvements in gross margins.

Chris Hackett completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biomedical Sciences, General from the University of the West of England between 2008 and 2011. Prior to this, they attended Richmond Upon Thames College between 2005 and 2007.
