Victoria Lim has a diverse work experience. Victoria began their career in 2014 as a Business Assurance Intern at BDO UK LLP, where they were responsible for a 6-week internship. Her performance resulted in a Graduate job offer. In 2015, they returned to BDO UK LLP as a Business Assurance Associate, where they were responsible for carrying out financial audits across a range of FTSE100 & FTSE250 tech & FMCG companies. In 2016, they took a travel sabbatical to Asia and South America. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at C Space as a Senior Consultant, Research & Product Development, Consultant, Research & Product Development, and Associate Consultant, Research & Product Development. In their role as Associate Consultant, they were responsible for fielding research and leading quantitative and qualitative data analysis for leading global FMCG and tech brands. Victoria also managed and moderated global research communities of 1000+ consumers in over 15 countries and won multiple company awards for having the highest engagement (>85%). In 2021, they joined Second Nature as a Product Manager and Senior User Researcher.

Victoria Lim attended Guildford High School from 2005 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham from 2012 to 2015. Victoria also obtained certifications in Product Management from Udemy in 2021, UX Research & Design from Udemy in 2020, JAWS Sales from London Management Consultants in 2019, Narrative by Numbers (how to tell powerful stories with quantitative data) from Market Research Society (MRS) in 2019, Data Analysis & Survey Design from Market Research Society (MRS) in 2018, and Digital Marketing from Google in 2016.
