Tapio Talvisalo

Tapio Talvisalo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tapio is the Co-Founder of SaaShop.fi, an open marketplace for SaaS products, since June 2018. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Founder of Pilvi Oy, a cloud company, starting from September 2012. Tapio has also worked as an Investor at Winterbackwoods Oy, a Finnish development and investment company, since January 2014. Additionally, Tapio Talvisalo has been involved in various entrepreneurial ventures as a Founder and Board Member, including Louhi Networks, 2NS - Second Nature Security Oy, Roll D6 Oy, and Big Fish Ventures. Tapio was also the Founder, CEO, and Board Member of Smilehouse Oy, an e-commerce company, from 1999 to January 2015. Tapio Talvisalo has held leadership positions in different organizations such as Nopat & Taktiikka Ry, where they served as the Chairman of the Board from January 2010 to December 2014, and the Finnish Historical Wargames Association, where they were a Board Member from June 2009 to June 2011.

Tapio Talvisalo's education history includes a range of courses and degrees from different institutions. In 1992, they began studying Computer Science at the University of Helsinki, where they pursued a degree called Abrobatur. Tapio completed their studies in 1995. In 2000, Tapio attended a leadership course called "Toimitusjohtajakurssi 2000" at Seppo Hoffren Consultancy. In 2003, they took a course in practical business accounting called "Läpi meni kuin vettä vaan" at Rastor. Lastly, in 2007-2008, Tapio enrolled in a program called JOKO76, which focused on leadership and management, at HSE Executive Education.
