Santiago Martinez Gonzalez

Santiago Martinez Gonzalez currently serves as the Director of Foundation and Government Partnerships at Second Stage Theater, a position held since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of Institutional Giving at New York Theatre Workshop and Manager of Institutional Giving at Atlantic Theater Company. Santiago began a career in the arts as Development Apprentice at The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, achieving notable accomplishments in donor research and network mapping. Additional roles include Assistant to Director at Assemble, contributing to significant grant achievements, and Special Projects Assistant at Frank-Ratchye STUDIO at Carnegie Mellon University, where Santiago co-wrote a successful grant application.
