Cynthia Petersen

Cynthia is the Project Development Manager at Second To None. She joined the team in 2006 and is Operation’s link between clients and editors/mystery shoppers. Cynthia works closely with the Client Services, Quality Assurance, and Scheduling departments to set up new projects and assess them as they progress. She also ensures data accuracy of the mystery shopper systems while making the resulting data easier to understand and transform into action.

With a degree in computer technology and past experience in editing, Cynthia brings a unique combination of technical knowhow and strong communications skills to her work.
