Jennalyne Abella

Jennalyne Abella has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the software engineering and testing fields.

Jennalyne most recently worked at Secondmind as a Senior Frontend Developer starting in 2023.

Prior to that, they worked at GSK for 5 years, starting as a Software Engineer working on the Pharmatech engineering team. Jennalyne then transitioned to the UX-Engineering team in the AI and Machine Learning department, where they built data visualization tools to aid the Human Genomics team in analyzing gene and disease relationships.

Before GSK, Jennalyne worked at Salesforce as a Front-end Software Engineer, where they built an onboarding app for advertising campaigns. Jennalyne also worked as a Senior Quality Engineer at Salesforce, writing software to maintain advertising campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn.

Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior QA at Betgenius, an Automated Test Developer at Cofunds, a Test Consultant at Sogeti, and a Testing Consultant at Testhouse. In these roles, Jennalyne performed manual and automation testing on various projects, developed frameworks, and managed existing and new tests.

Jennalyne Abella attended Queen Mary University of London from 2004 to 2007. Jennalyne pursued a field of study in Computer Science and Multimedia but did not obtain a specific degree.
