Brian Phelan

Brian is a performance driven healthcare executive with a proven record of success. He has extensive experience in turning around unprofitable companies and growing small businesses by developing strong operational acumen, executing aggressive growth strategies and developing new product lines organically or through strategically targeted M&A transactions. His strong financial and operational background allows him to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste while developing strong processes to ensure continued success.

Previously, he started a new Key Portfolio Element for Siemens Healthineers focused on delivering radiology services across the globe. He also started a new division for a public company and within one year completed three acquisitions across the U.S., building a company that has operations across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. His experiences include working with private equity backed companies, raising funds for acquisitions, and developing new lines of business to grow companies. He has invested in companies and held leadership roles at all levels.

Brian earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a MS Certificate in Executive Management & Strategic Planning from Cornell University.
