Virginia Speer

As the Director of Client Relations, Virginia oversees the account management, sales, contracting, and recruiting for USARAD. She develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients and physicians to ensure they receive requested services in a timely fashion. With over 15 years in sales and management, Virginia manages and maintains the Quality Assurance program and Joint Commission accreditation. She develops, implements, and maintains policies and procedures ensuring regulatory rules are communicated through corporate policies and procedures ensuring USARAD is in accordance with industry standards.
