Martina Melovic has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Martina began their career as a Senior Assistant Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Prague in 2002 and worked in this role until 2004. Martina then joined KPMG Slovensko as a Supervisor from 2004 to 2006. After leaving KPMG, Martina worked at Air Liquide Welding Central Europe for over a decade, where they held various positions. Martina started as a Finance Manager in 2006 and later became the Plant Manager in 2011. As Plant Manager, Martina was responsible for managing plant activities, overseeing various departments, implementing lean manufacturing processes, and completing projects such as the transfer of assembling production. Martina left Air Liquide Welding Central Europe in 2017 to take on the role of Finance Director at Secop, where they currently work.
Martina Melovic's education history begins in 1995 when they attended the Faculty of Economics at Matej Bel University in Banska Bystrica. Martina pursued a degree in Management & Marketing and completed their studies in 2000.
In 2000, Martina enrolled in the Faculty of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava, where they pursued a degree in Financial Management. Martina completed this program in 2002.
During the same year, they also obtained the ACCA Certificate from BPP Prague in Bratislava. This certification focused on IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and international auditing.
Additionally, Martina undertook a brief study abroad program in 2002 at Ghent University's Faculty of Economics and Business in Belgium, specializing in Accounting and Auditing.
In terms of additional certifications, Martina obtained a driving license (B category) in October 2002.
