Michael Engelen

Michael Engelen serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Secop since 2022, overseeing finance, accounting, business controlling, IT, and legal compliance. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Westag AG and PAKi Logistics, where responsibilities encompassed finance, HR, IT, and legal affairs. Engelen has extensive experience as Group Chief Financial Officer at Global Castings AS and previously held positions such as Vice President Finance at CEVA Logistics GmbH and Chief Financial Officer at Xella Nederland BV and Xella BE nv/sa. Earlier in the career, positions at E.ON AG and E.ON Ruhrgas AG focused on corporate controlling, planning, and valuation of M&A targets. Engelen holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Gerhard-Mercator-University, completed in 1997.
