Michaela Paszova

Michaela Paszova is an experienced quality system and compliance engineer currently employed at Secop since January 2019. In this role, Michaela oversees the effective implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the quality system in line with ISO standards and company policy, while managing both internal and global quality documentation. Michaela's responsibilities also include planning and coordinating internal audits, leading audit processes, and developing the internal auditors team. Additionally, Michaela monitors legislative requirements related to ROHS and REACH, ensuring compliance and maintaining relevant records for customers and third parties. Prior to this position, Michaela served as a quality control specialist at Hyundai Glovis Czech Republic s.r.o. from March 2012 to December 2018.
