Colin Lai FGIA CA is currently serving as the Group CFO & Company Secretary at SECOS Group, overseeing various global functions including finance, IT, and corporate governance. Prior to this role, Colin held positions at BWX Limited as Group Financial Controller and Group Financial Reporting Manager. With extensive experience in finance and accounting, Colin has also worked at companies such as National Australia Bank, Iress, PwC Australia, and Treasury Wine Estates. Colin holds a Chartered Accounting degree from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne, and completed their secondary education at Brighton Grammar School.
