Doris Bandín Abad

Doris Bandín Abad is the current General Secretary at SECOT. Prior to this, they were the Director de Operaciones y Back de Aplicaciones at ABANCA from February 2014 to March 2019. In this role, they were responsible for projects in the areas of digital configuration of platforms, integral technical support, risk management, and information management on the Teradata platform.

From June 2000 to September 2011, Ms. Bandín Abad served as the Director de Tecnología y Procesos at Caixa Galicia. In this role, they were responsible for the Expert Centers of services directed at the financial sector, developing the offer of services in the area of new technologies. Doris also directed strategic projects.

From May 1998 to April 2000, Ms. Bandín Abad was the Director de Centros Expertos de Banca at Informática El Corte Inglés. In this role, they were responsible for the Expert Centers of services directed at the financial sector, developing the offer of services in the area of new technologies. Doris also directed strategic projects.

Prior to that, Ms. Bandín Abad served as the Director de Consultoría en Banca at Capgemini from February 1996 to May 1998. And before that, they were the Director de Plataformas Corporativas e Informacional at Novagalicia Banco from October 2011 to January 2014.

Doris Bandín Abad has a degree in Economics and Business from CUNEF and a degree in Strategic Planning and Management from Madrid Business School.
