Dan Rizzo graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1997 and earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2000. Admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the United States District for the Eastern District of Michigan in 2001, Dan has focused on first and third party automobile litigation throughout their career. They have held positions as an attorney at Raftery, Janezcek & Hoelscher P.C., Nationwide Insurance Company, and the Law Offices of Ronald M. Sangster before becoming an Executive Partner at Secrest Wardle in 2011. Dan is also an approved Case Evaluator for multiple circuit courts and a member of the Macomb County Bar Association.
